At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
